Between the sugary desserts, skipped routines, and “I’ll start over in January” mindset, our blood sugar can easily spiral out of balance. These ups and downs don’t just affect our numbers; they impact our energy, mood, and confidence. The truth is, your body doesn’t take a holiday break, and neither should your self-care.
