You’re not alone if you’re battling cravings that pull you toward sweets, salty snacks, or starchy carbs. But did you know your cravings could be pointing to something your body needs?

For example:
→ Craving chocolate? You might be low in magnesium.
→ Craving salty chips? It could be dehydration or stress.
→ Craving bread or pasta? Your body may be tired and need energy.

🍔 Fast Food That’s Blood Sugar Friendly

You can still eat out without throwing off your blood sugar! Here’s a quick drive-thru order that keeps things simple:

Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Sandwich (no bun)
Pair it with a side salad and a diet lemonade or water.
➡️ High protein, low carb, and easy on your numbers.

Pro tip: Always ask for sauces on the side and watch those sugary dressings!

Create a 5-Minute “Peace Break”

Living with diabetes can feel overwhelming. Take five minutes each day just for YOU.

✨ Breathe deeply.
