Think about your daily food choices. Are there small changes you can make that will nourish your body, support better blood sugar control, and still feel satisfying?
Here are a few simple swaps that can make a huge difference:
âś… Swap white bread for whole grain. Whole grains contain more fiber, which helps slow down digestion and prevent blood sugar spikes. Bonus: They keep you fuller for longer!
