Each Sunday, I will be sharing an affirmation from our book, You Are Stronger Than You Think: Affirmations to Heal Your Mind, Body, and Spirit.  Today’s affirmation is entitled “I Call Upon My Inner Strength.”

I have overcome my doubts and fears.
I believe in myself and in my abilities.
I recognize my power.
I can do great things when I push past discomfort and take concrete action.

I practice self-care.
I am connected to my wellness path.
I understand I have more energy and endurance when I eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and sleep well.

I think positively.
I embrace change and keep things in perspective.
I encourage myself by repeating affirmations and visualizing my success.
I pay attention to the bright moments in each day and cultivate a sense of gratitude.

I do not repeat mishaps.
I learn from experience.
If I fall, I pick myself back up.
Struggling helps me to understand how strong I am.
I persevere through obstacles.
I build my character and improve my performance.

I let go of the past.
I forgive myself and others.
I set myself free from resentments and offenses.
I keep moving forward.
I shift my attention towards developing solutions and achieving my goals.

I stay motivated by remembering my purpose.
Large projects are manageable; I focus on taking one step at a time.
I consider the completion of each task a triumph.

I am not afraid to ask for help.
I reach out for encouragement and support.
I collaborate with others and welcome constructive feedback.

Today, I promise to tackle challenges with courage and wisdom.
I remind myself that I am capable.
I remain calm and trust in my inner strength.

Let’s embrace this affirmation today and remember that our inner strength is always there to support us.  Have a blessed and empowering Sunday!
